Haul Route Study
St Marys is currently in the process of completing the Haul Route Evaluation Study as outlined in the terms of reference by the Combined Aggregate Review team (CART).
St Marys is committed to working with the community throughout the Haul Route Study and we encourage you to provide your questions and comments to us. Any comments we receive are forwarded to our transportation consultants at iTRANS and are taken into consideration in the study.
As part of the Terms of Reference we have held four Public Information Centres to give community members the opportunity to provide input and help shape the study. We will hold a final Public Information Centre soon to present the preliminary findings of the Haul Route Study - specifically, the evaluation of the alternative haul routes and recommendations for the preferred haul routes - and to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on the preliminary findings before the haul route study results are finalized.
At the completion of the study, a preferred haul route will be selected and added to our application for review by the Municipality.
