St Marys Application For Aggregate License Deemed Complete Under
Aggregate Resources Act
Company will begin notification and consultation phase
Toronto, ON, March 3, 2009 – St Marys Cement Inc. (St Marys) today announced that the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) has deemed its Aggregate License Application for the proposed Flamborough Quarry complete under the Aggregate Resources Act (ARA). St. Marys will now proceed to the notification and consultation phase of the project.

St Marys Permit To Take Water Application Approved By Moe
Toronto, ON, July 14, 2008 – On July, 8 2008 the Ontario Ministry of the Environment (MOE) approved St Marys Cement Inc.'s (St Marys) application for a Permit to Take Water to carry out a pumping test on its property located at Lot 3, Concession 11, East Flamborough, City of Hamilton. The information collected during the test will provide a better understanding of the groundwater and surface water resources in the area, and will allow the MOE and the City of Hamilton to evaluate if the proposed quarry could have any potential impacts on local water resources. The Permit will expire on June 30, 2009.
